Information gathered from multiple surveys of our conference attendees has continually shown that the need for increased staff training is a critical challenge in aesthetic practices. The CAC program's purpose is for the standardization, delivery, and certification of competence for a category of providers called a Certified Aesthetic Consultant. Drawn from diverse backgrounds and labeled by varying names, the individual who has mastered the art, science, and business of medical aesthetic practice management is a person in high demand.

With over 2,500 students certified, the CAC program offers a comprehensive approach to obtaining the core competencies essential to practice success. Participants will learn from a select group of experts in the areas of practice marketing, business metrics & financials, sales training & consult conversion, as well as executive office management. The recently revamped live program will include more interactive training activities like consultation role-playing, brainstorming roundtables, and a leadership seminar. It all culminates with an exam and industry-recognized professional certification.
